Bagasse clamshells, the compostable option

Molded fibre containers are pressed from sugarcane bagasse. They are compostable, microwave-safe, grease-resistant for the length of a delivery, and they look right for a restaurant that markets on sustainability.

9″ × 9″, sold 200 per case. They cost more than foam and slightly more than PP; what you buy is the story on the box and a container that goes in the green bin.

HONEST LIMIT

Fibre holds up to a wet sauce for about an hour. For soups and thin sauces, send a lidded container alongside.
