Pizza boxes, and the steam problem

The job of a pizza box is a contradiction: hold heat in, let moisture out. Corrugated flute does both — it insulates while the board breathes, so the crust survives the trip.

Board weight matters more with delivery volume. A box that flexes in one hand is the one that arrives with toppings on the lid.

KEEPING IT CRISP
