Foil rolls, standard and heavy duty

Foodservice foil is the kitchen’s most-used roll: line pans, cover hotel pans, tent a roast, wrap a to-go plate. Standard gauge does all of that. Heavy duty is for the grill, the smoker and the freezer, where thin foil tears.

12″ × 1000′ Aluminum Stand Foil. The 12″ roll fits a home-style cutter box and covers half pans; the 18″ covers a full steamtable pan in one sheet.

PIT TIP

For brisket, heavy duty foil or pink butcher paper. Standard foil punctures on the bark and you lose the juice.
