Disposable aluminum steamtable pans are sized to the hotel-pan standard, so a full pan drops straight into a chafer or a steam table and a half or third pan fits the same wells. Cook in it, serve from it, throw it away.

Half Size Aluminum Steamtable Pan (Deep), 100 per case. Deep for stews, rice and bulk; medium for the standard catering tray; shallow for sheet-style items and warming.

CATERING TIP

Double the pan for anything heavy or wet that has to be carried. Two nested pans cost less than one dropped one.
