Disposable aluminum steamtable pans are sized to the hotel-pan standard, so a full pan drops straight into a chafer or a steam table and a half or third pan fits the same wells. Cook in it, serve from it, throw it away.

1/3 Aluminum Steamtable Pan, 200 per case. Deep for stews, rice and bulk; medium for the standard catering tray; shallow for sheet-style items and warming.

CATERING TIP

Double the pan for anything heavy or wet that has to be carried. Two nested pans cost less than one dropped one.
