Foam plates, and the compartment question

Foam plates do not soak through, do not bend under a full serving, and cost less than paper of the same strength. That makes them the plate for buffets, church dinners, school lunches and anywhere a plate is loaded once and thrown away.

10″. The 6″ is a dessert or snack plate, 9″ a lunch plate, 10″ a full dinner. The three-compartment versions keep sides from running together, which matters more for saucy plates than for dry ones. 500 per case.

BUFFET TIP

Put the compartment plate at the buffet and the plain plate at the dessert table. Guests take less when a plate is divided.
