Labels that scan and stay stuck

Thermal labels are consumables that quietly cause problems: the wrong facestock smudges, curls in humidity, or fails to scan at the depot. Getting a consistent roll matters more than saving a few cents.

4×6 is the standard for every major carrier label printer. Check your printer takes the core size and roll width before switching supplier.

APPLICATION TIP

Apply to a flat, dust-free face. Labels applied over tape edges or box seams lift first and lose you the scan.
