Food buckets, sized by the meal

Paper buckets are how fried chicken, wings and family meals travel. They are poly-lined so grease stays inside, they vent enough that the crust does not steam soft, and the sizes map to meal sizes: 85 oz for 8–10 pieces, 130 oz for a family of four to six, 170 oz for a party order.

130 oz Food Bucket White comes 125 to a case. Lids are sold separately for the short 32 oz bucket; the larger buckets take the matching flat paper lid.

CRUST TIP

Do not lid a bucket the second it is filled. Thirty seconds of venting keeps fried food crisp for the drive home.
