Bubble wrap, and how much you actually need

Bubble height is the spec that matters. 3/16" is the everyday grade for general goods and void filling. 5/16" gives more cushion for heavier or more delicate items. 1/2" is for genuinely fragile, high-value pieces where a single impact means a replacement.

Perforation and slitting decide how fast your bench runs. Perforated rolls tear to length without a knife; slit rolls come in narrower widths so you are not cutting down a wide roll all day. On a high-volume line those two features pay for themselves.

HOW TO WRAP IT

Bubbles facing in, against the product. Two full wraps on anything fragile, taped closed, then fill the remaining void so nothing shifts.

Frequently asked

Which bubble size do I need?

3/16" for general goods, 5/16" for heavier or more delicate items, 1/2" for genuinely fragile pieces.

Bubbles facing in or out?

In, against the product. That puts the cushion where the impact lands and keeps the flat face outward for taping.

Do you stock anti-static?

Yes, for electronics work. ask us and we will point you to the right grade.
